Very deep purple-black color, the 2012 Angels’ Share Shiraz shows of a classic McLaren Vale nose of crushed blackberries, blueberry preserves and dark chocolate over touches of pepper, espresso and cinnamon stick. Very full-bodied and generously fruited in the mouth, the abundant flesh is well framed by medium to firm, velvety tannins and just enough acid, before finishing with great persistence and balance.
